Mailing Lists
Through services offered by Yahoo!®, we are able to offer technical and customer support to our users via subscriptions to one of our mailing lists. When you subscribe to these lists, messages sent to the list will automatically be delivered to your email inbox. Likewise, messages that you send will be read by others on the list, including us.
Subscribing to the lists require an approval, so it might take a day or two before you get a response. This is necessary in order to keep spammers and trolls off of the list.
General Discussion List
This list is for asking general questions or for starting discussions among other subscribers. If you have a particular problem with using our software, it might be better to ask a question directly using the Contact Form. But if your question is of general interest, or you just want to share a discovery or tip, feel free to post your message to the list.
It might also be useful to post your story about how using one of our GedStar products was helpful to you in your research. You might even see yourself quoted (with permission) on one of the web site pages.

Announcement List
If you don't want the email traffic from the General Discussion List, you can instead join the Announcement List. This list can only be posted by us, and all subscribers will receive the messages. The messages will consist of product update announcements, periodic newsletters, and other items of interest to GedStarusers. These same messages are posted to the General List, so there is no need to subscribe to this list if you have subscribed above.
